How to replace the nozzles ? Step 1: Heat the hot end to printing temperature (PLA: 180-220, ABS: 240-280). Failure to heat the hot end before changing the nozzle is the most common reason for a broken nozzle. Step 2: After the heating is complete, turn off the printer and clamp the heating block with a wrench. Then use a socket screwdriver to unscrew the old nozzle extruder. Step 3: Hold the heating block with a wrench and use a socket screwdriver to screw the new nozzle in. Make sure the hot end is still hot when installing the new nozzle.
